Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Where are you located?

We are located at 23460 Cinema Drive,Santa Clarita, CA 91355 (Inside of the SCV Hub).

What delivery platforms can I order from?

Currently we are available on Doordash, GrubHub, UberEats, Postmates, and OrderGuru.

Can you cut the pies into more or less slices?

Absolutely! During checkout, you can ask that your pie be cut into 4 large slices, 8 standard slices, or 16 slices good for sharing at a potluck or game-day event!

Do you accept pre-orders?

Yes! Pre-ordering is available up to 7-days in advance and you can pre-order as early as the same day.

Do you cook onsite for private events?

Yes, we do! Currently, we have a small electric unit that bakes up to 850 degrees and can be used inside or outside. Please email us at info@stellenzos.com if you are interested. We require at least 48 hours advanced notice.

Are there any potential food allergens to be cautious of?

Yes! Naturally, if you have celiac, we do not offer gluten-free dough so we do not recommend eating our pies as Neapolitan dough is known for having a very high gluten content. Additionally, some of our pies use pistachio (nuts), and honey as toppings. If you have any food allergies, please advise!

What are your hours?

Currently our hours are split between lunch and dinner. Lunch is open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. While dinner is open from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Do you sell individual slices?

We do not offer individual slices. All of our pies are sold as small pies (280g).

Do you offer a gluten-free option?

Stellenzo’s is dedicated to only baking pies that we would eat ourselves. Until we master a gluten-free dough, we will not offer a gluten-free option at this time.

Do you cater?

We do offer catering. While we are still working on having the catering pricing to our website, please email us at info@stellenzos.com if you are interested. We require at least 48 hours advanced notice.

Do you make your own dough?

Yes! We use an all original in-house recipe for our dough. Did we mention it is kneaded by hand?

Many of my friends and family like to eat leftover pizza cold. I don't! What is the best way to reheat your pies?

You are not alone! We have spent many hours (and ruined a lot of pizza) finding the best way to reheat pies for mimicking the fresh-out feel and flavor. Please see our ‘Re-heat’ instructions here: https://stellenzos.com/#reheat-instructions

How come there are limited quantities of dough? Other pizza places never run out!

Great question! You see, unlike most pizza places that opt for convenience and efficiency, we are passionate about the art of pizza making. Our dough isn't churned out by machines; it's lovingly crafted by skilled hands, which takes time and dedication. We refuse to compromise on quality, and that means not freezing our dough for future use.

At Stellenzo's, we believe in the authentic, handcrafted experience that goes into every pizza we create. It's a labor of love, and it's what sets us apart from the rest. So, while we may have limited quantities, rest assured it's because we're committed to delivering the absolute best pizza experience you can find.
